Grieving Together: Supporting Bereaved Families

CE Hours 3

About this course

Grief is a deeply personal journey, yet its impact often reverberates across entire families. "Grieving Together: Supporting Bereaved Families" is a continuing education webinar designed for mental health professionals who support individuals and families navigating the complexities of loss. This training will explore how grief affects not only individuals but the entire family system, and how clinicians can foster healthy communication and connection in the aftermath of loss.

Through a trauma-informed and systems-based lens, participants will examine the varied ways family members process grief, how intergenerational dynamics influence healing, and the importance of culturally responsive care. The session will also introduce fun, practical, and developmentally appropriate activities and interventions for grieving families.
